Course Description

• Advanced Robotics 1 of 2 is the first part of a two-term course designed to build on a students' experience in robotics. To take this course, students should be a member or want to become a member of one of the robotics teams, have experience with Onshape or other CAD software and have at least 1 year of experience in the robotics or innovation labs. Experience with Computer Science is also helpful. During this course, students will learn how to work with 3D printers, power tools, and machines such as a laser cutter, and at the end of each term, students will design and build a robot for a class robotics competition. This course is also open to students as an elective.
