Course Description

• The Intro to Science Olympiad class is a course designed to help students learn about the tech events in the Science Olympiad competition. The students will learn about various scientific disciplines, including earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering, and they will be able to use the Innovation Lab to develop skills in events like boomilever, bridge, tower, flight, helicopter and gravity vehicle. The class structure will involve students working in teams with a particular focus on one or more of the engineering-based events.
